Warranty

Since Green Air works with all branded products, the warranty for any sold item is provided directly by the manufacturer. Each brand has its own set of terms and conditions regarding warranty services, which can be found on their official websites. Green Air acts solely as a facilitating organization.

Green Air reserves the right to change the Offer price, specifications, and images of any product without prior notice.
We are not responsible for any issues caused by internet disruptions, typographical errors, or photographic inaccuracies.
All images on our website are digitally enhanced and sourced from various internet platforms. Colors and textures may differ from what is shown on the website.

Payment Terms

Before making a payment, ensure that the product is in stock.
If the payment is made online or via mobile banking, refunds may take 10 to 15 business days, and additional charges may apply. Processing fees deducted during payment will not be eligible for refunds.
Read the payment and EMI terms carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

Delivery

If a product is available in stock and payment is complete, we process the order within 48 to 72 working hours. While we do not guarantee same-day delivery, we deliver to almost every region in the country.

Warranty Service

Since Green Air deals in branded products, warranty claims should be directed to the support number mentioned on the warranty card. Service is usually provided within 72 hours.
For warranty claims, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.
Shipping and return charges for warranty services must be borne by the customer. Green Air reserves the right to deny service to anyone.
Warranty does not cover external damages, such as:
- Breakage, burns, or significant scratches
- Damage due to water or impacts
- Any other damage caused by external factors

Manufacturer-Defined Warranty Terms

Green Air is solely a retail and wholesale distributor and does not manufacture any products. The warranty, service, and support for each product are provided by the respective manufacturer.
Warranty is a contractual agreement between the manufacturer, importer, and buyer. Customers must cooperate fully to avail of warranty services.
Not all products come with a warranty. Only products with a warranty declared by the manufacturer are eligible.
If a defect is detected in a product under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, depending on the product and the type of damage.
If the defective model is not repairable or available in stock, an equivalent model may be provided, with depreciation or price adjustment, or the payment may be refunded.
Green Air reserves the right to charge for services outside the warranty scope with customer consent.
Customers must retain the product’s original packaging for warranty claims.
