Return & Refund Policy

At Green Air, we aim to provide the best service to our valued customers. Please review our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.

For In-Store Purchases

When purchasing products from our shop, you must inspect the product in front of the salesperson.
Any issues identified later will be addressed under the warranty, provided the product comes with a warranty.

For Online Orders

Delivery & Inspection:
- Upon receiving your product, please inspect it immediately.
- If there is a manufacturing defect, inform our helpline within 24 hours of delivery.
Home Delivery:
- Ensure to check and receive the product during home delivery.
- The product must not have scratches, and the product box must remain intact to be eligible for an exchange.
Courier Service:
- Do not accept products from the courier if the product is damaged or the packaging is torn.
- Accepting damaged goods will indicate acceptance at your own risk, and no complaints will be entertained afterward.

Defective Product Exchange

Any defective product can be exchanged at any branch of Green Air.
Our experts will inspect the defect and take appropriate steps to replace it.

Replacement Through Delivery Service

Customers opting to replace defective products via delivery services will incur a replacement charge:
- Inside Dhaka: TK. 500/-
- Outside Dhaka: Courier charges will apply.

Refund Policy

If you made payment through online banking, mobile banking, or a payment gateway, a processing fee will apply for refunds.

Important Notes:

Products must be returned in their original condition, without any scratches or damage.
Ensure the product box and all accompanying materials are intact.
Refunds or replacements are subject to our inspection and approval process.
